- I describe my pieces as contemporary African influenced mix-media artwork. Specifically, they are fabric collages which I incorporate imported African fabric, cardstock, other cotton fabrics, and sometimes polymer clay. The primary theme center on women. My sub-themes are:
- Dancing Sisters (1 or more dancers)
- Contemporary Dancers
- Ballet Dancers
- Sisters Cut From Cloth
- Sisters At The Beach
- Other Sisters Cut From Cloth
- I repeat these themes throughout my work the choices of fabrics changes making each collage a unique piece of artwork
